Online Clipboard provides tools to share text and files. You are solely responsible for the content you share and for ensuring you have the right to share it.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Online Clipboard to store, share, or transmit any content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property rights, contains malware, or violates the privacy or rights of others. We reserve the right to restrict access to anyone who abuses the service.

3. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Text clips are temporary and may expire or be deleted at any time. P2P transfers require both parties to be online and may fail due to network conditions.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Online Clipboard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data arising from your use of the service.

5. Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
